4 HOURS - Enjoy one of the most talked about communities in the world, the Mumbai Dubba walas:

• The Mumbai Dubba walas They have re-defined Logistics, making home-cooked food available to the thousands of office-goers every day, day after day. Food prepared at the executive´s house by his family, is picked up while it is hot, from any part of Mumbai, and delivered to him at his place of work anywhere in Mumbai in time for lunch. There is never any mix-up of containers ever. This has been done by a group of semi-literate persons for a nominal sum. The process has become a case study for many leading management schools across the world. Prince Charles as well as Sir Richard Branson have made it a point to visit these Dubba walas while in Mumbai.
